Eva Saulitis teaches creative writing at the Kachemak Bay campus of Kenai Peninsula College and at the UAA low-residency MFA program. For over two decades, she's studied the killer whales of Prince William Sound. She lives in Homer, Alaska with her partner Craig Matkin. A poetry collection and a memoir are forthcoming from Red Hen Press and Beacon Books, respectively.
