Bio:
Charlene Sponsel made her home in North Pole, Alaska with her husband and three children. Winter is long, dark, and cold, which gives her plenty of time to explore the worlds in her imagination. She shares her stories with her English bulldog, Puk, who listens without judgment from the comfort of his warm bed. During the endless summer days, she explores the wide-open spaces of her beautiful home state. Puk, always the trusty sidekick, can be found riding on the front of her kayak as she attempts to escape the heat.
